2. ) We'll create an email with an offer with a call to action asking your customers to complete the survey (we recommend offering a drawing for an i-Pod and/or a discount on their next order for completing the form), and
3.) we'll send out the emails on your behalf (from your email address if you like but using our whitelisted SMTP servers for maximum deliverability).
You'll have the option to (a) receive an email every time someone fills out the survey, and (b) or not—and monitor the resultsas they're coming in. When your campaign is complete, you'll be able to evaluate the results with graphs and pie charts online.
